We have designed a virtual event experience that simulates a traditional corporate meeting. Our program features a fully produced general session, featuring a multi-camera switch of multiple presenters from remote locations, incorporating lower third titles, presentation support, pre-produced video playback and many more features. The program can then transition to “virtual” breakouts rooms with full participant interaction. Both general session and breakout room presentations can be live or pre-recorded and seamlessly integrated into the live program.

The “virtual event” is built around a meeting agenda that includes moderator introductions, keynote speeches, panel discussions, breakout sessions and more. Virtual conferences include multi-session content along with Q&A and polling for participant engagement.

Hybrid Events
A hybrid event combines both live AV support with webstreaming production. These events allow attendees who are unable to travel to the event to participate and share in the experience. It is challenging to provide the same experience for online attendees as those who attend the event in-person. This requires the implementation of online collaboration tools along with broadcast quality production so that virtual attendees receive the same level of production as the in-person attendees.

Moderated Q&A
Questions are submitted via a form on your Virtual Event webpage and asked live by a moderator to presenters.

We offer optional integration with Facebook Live, Youtube live,Twitch to broaden the access to your event. Have an event #hashtag you’re promoting? Integrate your moderated social media stream activity directly into your live production
Polling
Audience members can submit their answers/vote on pre-arranged questions – the results are often rapidly visualized and shared moments later with the virtual audience.
